Significant time and investment go into sourcing premium feedstocks, refining recipes, and optimizing processes to consistently achieve robust microbial outcomes—an unceasing commitment.

The SoilWright Process

Circular infographic illustrating the composting process with five steps. Step 1: Use premium high carbon and lignin feedstocks. Step 2: Maintain aerobic conditions via monitoring and turning. Step 3: Inject windrows with compost extract. Step 4: Implement cool-down protocols. Step 5: Store finished compost in windrows until sold. The design emphasizes promoting fungal decomposition and microorganism activity.

You can’t manage what you don’t measure.

Every lot is monitored and tested to ensure we consistently achieve our desired microbial outcomes. We rely on microscopy for quality assurance, as well as periodic PLFA and DNA sequencing. We know that for our (biologically complete, microbe-rich) compost to be a big lever in the soil regeneration process, rigorous testing and transparency must be at the core of our process.
